The students are promoted to the next class on the basis of performance of the whole year. Students should also acquire 75% of attendance. The decision of the school authorities with regard to promotion is final.
Immoral behaviour, grave insubordination contempt of authorities or any damage of school property is always a sufficient reason for taking disciplinary action.
Parents are earnestly requested to see that ward attends the school punctually. They are expected to co-operate with the school by ensuring regularity and discipline and by taking keen interest in the ward’s progress. They should check the diaries daily and take note of the remarks and acknowledge the same promptly by giving their signature next to the remark.
Students who have been absent without information for more than a day must have the reason entered in the page of information about absence in the diary stating briefly the reason of absence. Reason of private nature may be submitted through an application.
It is compulsory for all the students to come in proper school/house uniform (prescribed by the school) daily. All the students should come to school daily in freshly laundered uniform with clean socks, well polished shoes, sweaters and coats in accordance to the weather conditions.
If for a serious reason a child is to be taken home, the parents must apply for it in writing. All exemptions/permissions/Information etc. must be sought through the Principal.
All the students must reach the school campus ten minutes before their scheduled time (as applicable). Students should attend Morning Prayer regularly as important announcements are made in the morning assembly.
Students who come to school with their domestic helpers or auto should never leave the school premises before the person arrives. If the person is delayed, they should report to the school office.
Students are not allowed to go to any of their friend’s homes for birthday parties etc. directly from school.
Follow the neatness and cleanliness whether it is School Uniform, School Furniture, Class Room Desk, Ground or Toilets. Do not throw waste things here and there except for dustbins.
All the students must keep their bicycles locked in the parking area inside the school campus. They should not ride their bicycle within the campus.
Students are forbidden to bring crackers, explosives and other dangerous materials to school.
The use of polythene bags is prohibited in the school premises.
Children are not allowed to wear ornaments or bring any valuables and electronics devices like mobiles, ipod, tabs etc. to the school. Money should neither be lent nor borrowed, nor articles be exchanged. School will not be responsible in case of their loss.
Jewellery/Mehandi/Tattoos/Long nails or nail polish and use of cosmetics are strictly prohibited in school. No fancy hair style for Boys and Girls will be allowed in school. All the boys will keep short and tidy oiled hair and all the girls with long hair will keep their hair properly pleated and tied with white rubber band or white ribbon and the short haired girls will use a white hair band twice.
